1. How do you rent your tools?
Our minimum rental period is 4 hours. We also offer longer-term rentals such as daily, weekly, monthly.
2. Can I reserve tools ahead of time?
Yes, you can request a reservation through our website or just give a us call, for as early as the next day and as far as you wish. If you request the same day reservation, please give us a call to confirm.
3. Is there a deposit request?
Yes, all the rental tools require a deposit. The amount for tools varies, depending on the value of the equipment. you must have a valid driving license and a valid credit card for deposit at the time of pick-up. The name on the drivers license must also match the credit card.
4. How do I cancel my reservation?
You can call us to cancel your reservation. No payments will be charged. In some circumstances, we may require for a non-refundable deposit due to the item being in high demand, you will be notified when making the reservation.
5. When do I pay my rental in full?
The total amount of the rental is due when you drop off the tool.
6. Can I extend the duration of my rental?
Yes, you can call us about the extention.
7. What if I am late returning the tool?
Please call us to extend your time if you anticipate being late. You will be charged for additional time past your initial rental period.
8. What are the available pick-up times?
You can pick up the equipment at our business time. If you require a specific time that is not our business time, please call us to confirm.
9. Are there any additional fees?

10. Can I leave cash deposit?
We do accept cash deposits. However there are many factors will be considered for the amount of the deposit. Some of the factors include value of equipment, past history with our shop, references, etc. You'll be notified when the reservation is made.
